GM's New PHEV SUV
The Starlight L PHEV is the newest flagship of the joint SAIC-GM Wuling brand, and it provides Chinese buyers with a pure EV-like driving range and an ICE backup. Although this type of vehicle is not the most popular in the Chinese market, the rapidly increasing popularity of plug-in hybrids in North America makes it an attractive option for GM to consider rebadging for the North American market. The vehicle's massive battery pack and impressive electric range make it an exciting development in the world of PHEVs.
