This innovation is a result of Ford’s collaboration with Global Power Products to make its GenerLink transfer switch compatible with the 240V Pro Power Onboard outlet on certain F-150 PowerBoost Hybrid and F-150 Lightning trucks. The setup connects the Ford F-150 to the home’s electrical panel, allowing the truck to power hard-wired home essentials during an outage.
